In philly slang.. this dude was drawlin! The guy in the video 26 year old Thomas Scantling attacked a guy with a hammer while he slept on the septa subway. He's been charged with attempted murder,aggravated assault, and other charges. The victim was 20-year-old Dewayne Taylor and thank God his injuries from the attack werent life threatening. I don't know what the deal is with my city but we gotta get it together people!
